Duties & Responsibility
Project Running Under a Number of Sectors
Provide Design Assistance to the Technical staff
Assist in the preparation of project briefs, including consultation with Client representatives
Prepare feasibility studies to meet Clients briefs, oversee the preparation of cost estimates and prepare project programmes.
Their will be a number of additional duties as this list is not exhaustive
Education / Qualifications:
A.R.B. Registered Architect
Membership of R.I.A.S. and / or R.I.B.A.
Successful completion of a recognised CDM Co-ordinators training course.
