An amazing opportunity for a HR Representative has arisen for our client, a leading oil and gas provider, based in Dyce.
The main function of this role is to manage expatriates/immigration issues.
The main duties will be to: develop and implement policies and processes to manage expatriates in the UK (including legislative and domestic requirements), Identify a UK preferred supplier to assist in the relocation processes and to communicate HR related programs to managers and employees. Develop and deliver internal immigration training courses to HR colleagues. Counsels managers on HR policies, procedures and programs. Work with the payroll department of any tax issues relating to expatriates/short term visitors. Process UK Work Permits and also handle recruitment and selection.
The ideal candidate will have International HR experience, understanding of UK Immigration issues and previous history of delivering training courses. Our client offers a generous benefits package to the right candidate!
