A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a HR Generalist for our client, a leading oil and gas provider, based in Dyce.
The main function of this role is to manage implements and coordinates policies and programs covering the following: recruiting, compensation & benefits, training, employee and labour relations and personnel research.
The main responsibilities will be to communicate HR related programs to managers and employees. Participate in cross-divisional HR teams. Counsels managers on procedures and programs. Employment relations. Develop UK HR Practices (recruiting, compensation and benefits, employee and labour relations) and provides recommendations to UK HR Managers and Operational Managers. Handles special projects, as assigned. Ensure that the respective division remains immigration compliant.
The ideal candidate will have relevant HR experience, previous history of delivering training courses and compensation and benefits knowledge. Our client offers a generous package for the right candidate.
