Rare opportunity to join the well known private client team of a leading firm in Edinburgh.
Working principally with one Partner, you will join a large team working for a number of clients on matters of property and property related taxation. You will be involved in a range of IHT planning from straightforward to complex schemes for wealthy individuals, the setting up of trusts, their ongoing administration and winding up of estates, financial planning and wealth management, will drafting and matters of adult incapacity including POA, guardianship and intervention orders.
You will enjoy direct client contact from the beginning and as this is a firm which holds the Investor in People status and so you can be assured that the prospects for ongoing training and development are excellent. Previous experience is required and this post is open to newly or recently qualified solicitors who can demonstrate relevant experience during their traineeship and a commitment to a career in private client matters.
