Respected firm require a highly experience civil litigator to cover a period of maternity leave from July 2008.
You will need to have experience of Court of Session litigation, in particular high value personal injury, professional negligence and commercial actions for both individuals and commercial clients.
You will be covering for the Partner and therefore you will need some degree of management experience as you will be required to oversee the day to day running of the office and team.
