| A SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE IS NEEDED TO JOIN THIS WELL ESTABLISHED EDINBURGH BRIGADE. The role would be to join the brigade in the number four position, be able to produce food of the very highest quality, The ideal candidate will have very good experience as a Chef de Partie, who has worked all corners of the kitchen. You must have the ability to get the best from the other chefs as well as maintain your section. Most importantly you will be able to show a drive and determination to further your career. The salary on offer is very competitive and the chance to develop under one of Scotlands top chefs. |
