Experienced 2nd/3rd line Senior Support engineer required to provide support to a fleet of vessels operating in the North Sea. The role will involve providing server, desktop and Lan support onboard the vessels. You will have in depth experience of supporting Windows 2000 and 2003 server, Exchange 2003, Active Directory, SMS, MOM and Microsoft Virtual Server. Cisco Networking skills are also required including switches, routers and firewall technologies. This is an exciting but challenging role and will require the candidate to have flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Travel to UK ports to meet vessels will be required as well as some overseas travel. There may also be the requirement to occasional short offshore visits.
