| Our client is currently looking to recruit an Architectural CAD Technician to join their small team based near the Scottish Borders. You will receive a competitive salary and benefits package and an excellent opportunity to further your career within a small private practice. As a company set up in the early 1970s they design and construct a wide range of buildings including industrial and agriculture projects with values from £100,000 - £2m. Ideal candidates will be extremely proficient on AutoCAD with demonstrable industry experience as such. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work on your own or as part of a team, you will have working knowledge of the UK building regulations and experience dealing with planning approvals. Ideally you will be qualified to minimum HNC level in Architectural Technology or equivalent and be seeking a new challenge within the field of Architecture. |
