THE ROLE Italian Speaking B2B Call Centre Agents (Immediate start)
Location: Glasgow City Centre
Salary: £13,650pa, neg depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Benefits Package: Excellent bonus and incentives

We are currently looking to recruit full time sales driven individuals to join an Outbound Business to Business telesales team.
This position is initially offered on a temporary basis, with the potential to go permanent for candidates who demonstrate reliability and consistency.
THE COMPANY
First People Solutions are offering an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Outsourcing Contact centre based in Glasgow City Centre.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for account managing several hundred of the clients resellers in Italy.
You will build relationships with the resellers and the clients distribution channels in Italy to drive additional revenue through their resellers.
You will also maintain contact with their reseller base via telephone and email promoting the clients tactical offers and promotions, increasing the proportion of their business that the resellers place with the client.
You ewill be working to both monthly and quarterly targets.
THE EXPERIENCE
Experience within an outbound business to business sales environment is essential to the role.
Fluency in Italian as is effective rapport building and objection handling skills.
Ability to establish and develop successful working relationships with clients of all levels.
IT literate, enabling them to work across different CRM, telephony and email applications.
Excellent time management to plan their workload, ensuring all contacts are maintained and calls are placed at the most productive times.
