Full Description:
One of Scotland's leading names within the hairdressing and beauty sector is looking to recruit a Salon Manager for its Perth unit.

The Role:
Reporting into the Operations manager you will be leading and motivating a team of up to 15 staff, responsible for weekly revenue targets, recruiting of staff, organising rota's, handling and banking of the takings and maintaining the very high standards set across the operation. You will also be using an internal IT system for preparing basic reports and other admin duties

The Person:
Will ideally come from the service industry where you are in direct contact with the public, the likes of the hospitality or retail sector. You will also need to be highly professional, sales driven, have good attention to detail and be able to communicate with a wide variety of clientele. In addition you will also need to be highly enthusiastic and have a hands on approach to the role
