Training Manager - Make contact!

This well established and progressive call centre company, based in the heart of Glasgow is currently looking for an experienced Training Manager to join their team. This is a fast paced organisation who specialise in outsourced contact centre solutions for various major UK contracts.

Within this role you will be responsible for the management of 4 permanent trainers and several senior advisors. As part of the senior management team you will be responsible for all financial reporting and will hold accountability for all training budgets. Previous experience of budget management and managing a team is essential in this role. You will be responsible for the design and delivery of all required training programs across the company at all levels and you should therefore have extensive experience of the full training cycle, and proven success of aligning training to business growth.
Recent experience in a similar call centre or outsourced contact centre environment is highly desirable, as is CIPD or CTP qualification (or equivalent).

The right person for this role will have a flexible and adaptable approach to training, and have the ability to deliver inspirational training solutions, with excellent communication skills with all stakeholders within the organisation.
