THE COMPANY
First People Solutions are currently recruiting for inbound banking advisors for a leading banking organization based in Clydebank. Their name is synonymous with an excellent working and environment and great career prospects and they have won several industry awards recently for the quality of their products both customer and employee satisfaction.
THE ROLE
Your main duties will be:
"Identify all sales opportunities through tailoring to the customers needs and closing the sale where possible
"Assess lending proposals within laid down procedure
"Ensure that product knowledge is up to date and accurate
"Ensure that individual and team targets are met, if not exceeded
"Produce accurate quotations, applications and documentation
"Ensure that all queries are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion
"Ensure that all customers, both internal and external, receive an excellent standard of service
"Adhere to strict FSA regulations at all times
EXPERIENCE
Previous sales experience within a in a similar role would be preferred, however you should possess ambition, be hard working and have the drive to exceed targets.
