Qualified Social Worker, Community Care Access Team - £15 - 22 per hour dependent on experience
Our client is looking for a qualified social worker for their community care access team to work with older persons and vulnerable adults on a full-time contract basis. Carrying out duty work in the access team, referral and assessments, care plans, reviews, and improvements to the service specifically in relation to the Adult Care and Protection Act Scotland (2007)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly established team with good practice and support structures in place. Applicants should ideally possess UK based social work experience in the field of community care, care management or older persons although not essential and all applications from social workers with a recognised qualification shall be considered.
THE ROLE
Community Care Social Worker (Contract - 35 hours per week)
4 - 6 Month Locum Contract, £15 - £22 per hour dependent on experience.

EXPERIENCE
Our client is looking for an experienced social worker to join their Community Care Team on a temporary 4-6 month contract to start as soon as possible.The contract is for 35 hours per week initially.
Applicants are required to have a DipSW, BASW, CQSW, CCETSW or other SSSC/GSCC recognized social work qualification and a clear enhanced Disclosures Scotland or CRB from the last 12 months.
