| THE ROLE Customer Service Representative The purpose of the role is to provide outstanding customer service and maximise sales / cross selling opportunities. You will be handling inbound customer service calls and be dealing with a variety of enquiries including payment queries and changes to personal details among others. You will have set targets and objectives to achieve for which you will be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package and excellent continuous training and development. THE COMPANY Our client are a large blue chip organisation and are market leaders in the provision of digital entertainment and hold various sites throughout the UK. EXPERIENCE Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player. LOCATION: North Lanarkshire SALARY:£12,550 HOURS: 35 Hours per week - Monday to Friday between 8am-10pm and Saturday 8am-8pm BENEFITS: Discounted company products, private health care, Life Assurance, Contributory Pension scheme and 25 days of annual holiday entitlement.
