I currently have vacancies for a part-time Team Manager's with one of the worlds largest independent third party transaction processor, providing financial services institutions with tailored solutions for in-house or out-sourced transaction processing. You will support and lead a team of customer service/sales advisors who are there provide excellent customer service to new customers who have queries about accounts, balance transfers, card issues and other features.You will also have a proven sales track record, are dedicated to excellent customer service and are keen to develop and progress your career with a company who are keen to grow with you.

Experience
Excellent Team Management skills
Financial Services experience beneficial
Proven track record in customer service and sales (up-selling/cross selling) and leading others to do the same
Excellent keyboard skills, and good PC literacy
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task to achieve excellent results
Enthusiasm and dedication to success and achieving targets
