Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Due to increasing demand for its Financial Services Business, our client, one of the UK's largest Estate Agency chains, seeks more Mortgage Consultants to add to its growing sales force.
Based in branch, you will be responsible for maximising the sale of mortgage and life products. Your role primarily will be to qualify mortgage leads as well as maximise on cross-selling of Life Products.
Observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure, provision of high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles, maintain levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling rules.
Your role as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor will include:
The proactive selling of mortgage products to both new and existing customers
Provide an excellent level of customer service identifying their needs and providing solutions
Conduct mortgage interviews with customers providing advice and product recommendations Follow up all sales leads
Undertake cash transactions
As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Hold CEMAP
Be proactive and target driven
Able to work effectively in a small office environment assisting with any additional tasks required
Have excellent customer service and persuasive skills
£16,520pa + £21,500 + OTE
