THE COMPANY
A leading high street bank is currently seeking an individual with sales and Customer Service experience for the role of Customer Advisor for their Campbeltown branch. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career within the company due to the fantastic training and development available.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Experience of providing excellent customer service is vital
Proven sales skills is important in achieving your service and sales targets
Strong communication skills
Being able to work as part of a team
Effective at planning and organising
THE ROLE
To offer each customer you meet an excellent service by listening to their needs and understanding what product or service would best meet these.
Responsible for seeing customers referred to you by your Customer Service colleagues
Keeping your product, service and procedures knowledge up to date means that you are always able to offer the customer excellent service
Meet the targets your manager sets for you and do all this whilst adhering to the Banks rules
Coaching and motivating your customer service colleagues is important to ensure the success of the branch.
