| Specialist Complaints Handler Job profile - This is a unique opportunity to join a leading Global Wealth Management company as a Specialist Complaints Handler. Based in the Isle of Man, you will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience in this field to provide a world class service to a diverse base of clients. You will take ownership of escalated complaints that operational areas are unable to resolve and negotiate with clients to reach mutually agreeable settlements. Acting as the key point of contact you will manage the relationship with both external clients and stakeholders, providing clear explanations by telephone and in writing.
