THE ROLE - Part Time Inbound Customer Service Advisor
Location: Glasgow
Salary: £13,350 pro rata + bonus + Health care + Pension
Benefits Package: Free Gym Membership, Bonus and great benefits package
Reporting to: Customer Services Team Leader
First People Solutions require Customer Service Advisors for our client based in Glasgow.
The working hours are Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-5.30, Sunday 10-5.30pm
This is a permanent role which may not suit students as commitment on a long term basis is essential.
THE COMPANY
First People Solutions require experienced call centre customer service advisors for our client, a leading financial service organisation.
EXPERIENCE
You should excellent experience within a customer services role, this can be from a call centre, retail or hospitality background - as long as you show a steady work history! You must also have a friendly telephone manner, lots of team spirit and a real commitment to helping the customer.
