Air Conditioning Engineer £Neg Glasgow/Edinburgh
Aspirare is looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer for their client a prestigious specialist Building Services Company. A great opportunity has arisen for a mobile service engineer A/C within the Central Belt. The main purpose of the job is to operate, maintain and manage effectively with minimum supervision new and existing building services to specified standards as determined by the contract and company procedures.
Main duties include:
* To Safely and efficiently, install, maintain and repair plant and equipment within the portfolio
* To carry out diagnostic and fault finding to plant and equipment within the portfolio
* To carry out routine servicing and commissioning to plant and equipment within the portfolio
* To take a proactive approach to customer liaison and ensure concerns are dealt with or relayed to line management promptly
* To maintain plant, PPM, personal and vehicle records in accordance with company operating procedures
* To identify areas for additional works within and out of the specified contractual requirements and report these promptly to the Portfolio Supervisor with estimated material costs and labour requirements
* To carry out duties in accordance with the Health and Safety manual and Company Operating Procedures
* To undertake standby and call out duties as part of the recognised rota system as and when required
* The job holder may be required to carry out any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Portfolio Supervisor
Experience in working with Daikin and Mitsubishi Units is essential as this particular role you will working with minimum supervision. Also 16th or 17th Edition is desirable but not essential.
There is great opportunity and loads of overtime available for the right candidate.
The Salary is Negotiable depending on experience.
£23000 - £27000 Circa + Van + Benefits
