Full Description:

Our client is looking for a Dutch Speaking Service Co-ordinator, business English would be acceptable as you will be communicating in French for the majority of the time.

We need an enthusiastic, energetic individual to deal with and co-ordinate the service activity of our busy Team of Customer engineers. You will be the primary interface to internal and external Customers, you will work directly with internal Customers in their local language, answering calls, proactively planning all incoming work to ensure we make the best use of the resources available, liaising regularly over the telephone with our Customer engineers to obtain progress reports.

This job will particularly suit an assertive person who has the ability to plan and organise workload, and can make quick decisions that maximise our service levels.

Ideal Experience of Customer Service or support in a technical environment is preferred, but not essential.
