| My client currently require a Senior Project Manager to be based in Edinburgh City Centre, to help be responsible for the Building side of the business. You will be working on highly prestigious commercial new build and refurbishment projects that will further enhance your career. The Role As Senior Project Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director and have the ability and experience to be able to cover their duties in their absence. As such this is an outstanding opportunity for those looking to progress their career. You will be asked to be responsible for a number of projects at any given time throughout the Central Belt of Scotland. You will be predominantly based in Edinburgh but you may also be required to work on projects in Glasgow from time to time. The Company The company is a division of a large multi-national construction company that provides full design, engineering and construction management services to the construction industry. They have a variety of repeat business from blue chip clients and contractors alike, and current projects tend to be in the region of £20 - £30 million particularly in retail, airports and high spec refurbishment work. They have worked on a number of high profile international projects and are well known for the quality of their service and professional expertise. Ideally you will be: Degree qualified Have experience of working as a Project Manager on multi million pound commercial building projects.
