A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an Operations Assistant for our client based in Altens.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide an efficient and effective administrative and secretarial service to our client.
The main responsibilities will include: Diary management, typing formatting and proof reading of correspondence, booking of meetings and follow through of activity as required. To maintain the client's computer system: to upload the new employees and the removal of closed workers, ensuring the system is kept up to date. Through the implementation of systems and procedures, to provide an efficient and effective travel service, to include: facilitating visa applications, UK and international return travel (plane, rail, hire car) and accommodation requirements. Liaison with the travel insurance company, ensuring insurance/medical cover is formally confirmed prior to travel, liaising with Accounts for the payments of associated invoices.
