| Edinburgh City Centre Full Time 35 hrs Mon-Fri (Between 8am-6pm) Salary £14000 PA This is a superb opportunity to work within a Customer Service enviroment with a difference. The Role: Customer Support Consultants This role involves dealing with customer' s policies that are already in force. A mixture of phone, systems and written work means that this role is interesting as well as challenging Contact predominantly relates to payment enquiries and all changes to policies. The majority of contact is with policyholders Main Duties: Dealing with policyholders by telephone, fax, letter and e-mail. Dealing with all billings enquiries Minimising persistency by dealing proactively with cancellations and arrears. Dealing with all changes to policies ranging from simple change of address through to more complicated changes in cover.
