The Role Part Time Evening Shifts 7th July Start Customer Service Advisors are required to join a financial services organization in Glasgow City Centre. Dealing with inbound calls, you will provide excellent levels of customer service to customers who are activating accounts and dealing with any queries You will provide a quality experience and promote additional products to customers. Working in a city centre location you will work 5 days out of 7 Part Time Evening options - 16. 20, 23.5 (hours per week) PT Evening Evening window 16:00-22:00 Experience Previous contact centre experience is required with a minimum of 6 months providing excellent levels of customer service and achieving targets, financial services experience is preferable however full training will be given, also required are excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for personal achievement LOCATION - Glasgow City Centre SALARY - £13,500 pro rata+ excellent benefits and bonus Part Time Evening options - 16. 20, 23.5 (hours per week) you will need to be flexible regarding start times and weekend work is required.
