| ROLE: Technical Support Analyst - Wintel Engineer Location: Glasgow Salary: £23,000 Benefits Package: Pension, Healthcare and Extras THE COMPANY A market leading Financial Services organization with excellent career paths and unrivalled opportunities for technical progression. THE ROLE First People Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Analyst for our Financial Services Client based in the South Side of Glasgow. The role will involve providing first class technical support for the organization with a focus on the administration of server infrastructure to ensure secure server/messaging platforms. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring and monitoring of server management software as well as building server infrastructure. You will also be accountable for the resolution of escalated incidents as third line support.
