The Job
Based at the main reception, duties include:
Meeting and greeting visitors at the main reception
Answering and transferring telephone calls on the main switchboard
Booking out meeting rooms and maintaining the diary
Preparing tea, coffee and refreshments for meetings
Ordering taxis and couriers
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a telephonist or receptionist within a large professional organisation. Experience of modern switchboard systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
