The Job A varied job providing customer service within a recoveries team:- Answering telephone calls and updating clients on the status of their case Data entry of new instructions and information relating to the case Sending out correspondence to clients and third parties Scanning, filing, indexing and distributing of manual and electronic records and mail The successful candidate will have either prior office based work experience or be a recent college leaver with an HNC or above in a legal discipline.
