| Our client, a large international service company is currently seeking a senior SAP HR and LMS Super User to join the progressive team. The main responsibilities include: Playing a proactive role in all ongoing system developments & process improvements relating to the companys SAP platform within the very broad & challenging areas of HR & LMS. Participate with all other SAP functional super users to actively improve available functionality & business processes Actively support & participate as HR/LMS team member in all SAP Team development initiatives & projects Provide necessary support to global HR end users covering all aspects of HR & LMS processes including data loads - countries supported include UK , Norway , US , Africa , Brazil & Asia Pacific. Support & provide new training materials where necessary to all Regional SAP HR & LMS Process Experts ( "PENs" ) Analyse , interpret, understand & then co-ordinate break fix solutions within HR & LMS modules of SAP in conjunction with Capgemini level 1 support team Co-ordinate & test all config changes made to SAP system within HR & LMS areas Participate & lead as necessary regional training workshops for global HR teams in relation to all new SAP processes developed Identify & help promote further ways of utilising companys Business Warehouse tool in support of Global HR & TD&C teams We are seeking an enthusiastic team player who communicates effectively with relevant experience within Oil & Gas. |
