| HR Consultancy is currently recruiting for First Line support agent. Our client requires candidates who have a good working knowledge of windows server and desktop technologies including Microsoft Server 2003, MSSQL Server 2003/ 2005, Microsoft Exchange Server and Windows XP. You should also be able to setup and maintain office networking equipment including, Routers, Switches and printers have a good knowledge of cat 5 cabling and patch panels. In addition to the above a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including, Access, Outlook, Excel and Word Use of web technologies like, ASP, .NET and PHP, Apache and ISS will be required to maintain some systems. As a first line support agent you will be responsible for the procurement of additional equipment and services so the ability to work with outside companies is essential.
