| Hansel Alliance, one of Scotland’s foremost charities in the field of Social Care, delivers an extensive range of support services to individuals with learning disabilities throughout Ayrshire. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity to become part of our team of dedicated professionals working in our residential service based within the Broadmeadows Estate, Symington. If you have: Experience, and training in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or challenging behaviour in a residential setting Excellent Interpersonal skills The ability to work in a team working environment A commitment to work flexibly, 2 nightshifts per week (2 x 10hrs), and offer additional hours to support the staff team. A commitment to undertake a variety of training for the post, including the completion of a range of professional skill courses and an opportunity to undertake an SVQ in Social Care. ......Then we would like to hear from you!
