| Our client, a public sector organisation based in the West End of Glasgow, have a temporary vacancy for three months initially. The hours will be between 9.00 am - and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. Duties will included the following: Organising meetings Diary management General secretarial duties Typing correspondence Dealing with confidential documentation Dealing with clients face to face This role would suit an individual with a strong senior administrative background. Candidates must have a good knowledge of MS Office and have fast and accurate typing speeds. This role would suit a friendly individual who with strong communication skills.
