| This is a management role that will require the role holder to provide programme support to the Head of Leadership Change Delivery in the diagnosis, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation of policies, products and initiatives across the group. The successful applicant should have a depth of knowledge around leadership development issues and themes. Within this role you will also ensure the appropriate plans are in place to enable the delivery of the Leadership Change programme across the group. You should ideally have a breadth of technical knowledge to include areas of leadership development, performance management and talent development. Previous HR/business change leadership experience would also be of interest in this role, as would programme and project management experience. Key skills in this role will include the ability to strategically influence the implementation of the group change agenda programme through creation of effective partnerships within the division, and by providing deep technical expertise across a range of leadership development disciplines.
