| We are looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic individual with a desire to work for an organisation that really makes a difference to the children and families it works with. You will have significant experience in leading learning and development within a multi-site, multi-disciplinary organisation and will play a key role in implementing the training strategy for this organisation. You should have an understanding of the issues involved in learning and development in a multi-disciplinary organisation and be able to ensure that Learning and Development is linked not only to individual professional development but also to achieving organisational goals. Qualified to degree level, a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development is desirable. Working closely with both managers and staff, you must be able to innovate, influence and motivate staff at all levels within the organisation, having excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
