You will be responsible for
-Leading and developing a team of Engineers and Technicians
-Ensuring that technical and financial factors are met on projects
-Being a client contact to ensure projects are delivered and met
-Adhering to Health and Safety Policy
-Preparations and submission of proposals/ bids for proposed works
It is essential that you are a qualified CharteredStructural Engineer with demonstrable experience Project Managing Structural design Programmes.
My client has a huge variety of projects based in Edinburgh as well as with a Global reach. Examples include-
-Office development in Leith Street
-Prestigious Hotel and Shopping Centre development
-Craigmiller Site within Hospitals and Schools
-Various projects with house-builders
