| Working for a multi national retail banking and private wealth management organisation, this is an excellent temp to perm opportunity. Candidates should have experience of dealing with complaints within a financial services environment. General mortgage / retail banking complaints / bank charge complaints experience would be an advantage for this position. The successful candidate will additionally have retail banking exposure and a strong customer service background. Candidates should have came from a similar background and be able to start work at short notice.
