A public sector company in Clydebank require administration support in the IT department on a temporary, part time basis. Working 17.5hours per week the role encompasses many aspects including -

Administering replenishment process for the dept - monitoring stock levels, dealing with purchase orders, goods recieved notes, invoice processing and other accounts related duties.
Managing the IT supply inventory and lend process.
Assisting on the IT helpdesk, taking and logging calls, passing to the correct dept and editing Internet pages as required.
Full administrative support to managers - general clerical duties and responsibility for staff development and attendence records, meetings and documetation.
Applicants must have previous experience of the accounting side of this role and the ability to quickly adapt to the IT related duties. Strong administration skills are essential.

The working hours would preferrably be Mon-Fri 3.5hrs per day, although this is negotiable. The position is ongoing at present.
