Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking to recruit a Distributions Administrator to join their Edinburgh based team.
The successful candidate will have a high level of responsibility preparing and processing distributions within the team.
Duties will include:
• Reconciling Units for Issue
• Liaising with Trustees/Management Companies
• Processing distribution runs
• Ensuring the correct bank accounts are in place prior to processing dates
• Ensuring all work is completed correctly within the distribution timetable
Ideal candidates will have the following:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A client-focused approach
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
• Adaptability
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
