Quantity Surveyor required to work in a busy Aberdeen office. You are required to assist the Principle Quantity Surveyor with the effective delivery of a quantity surveying and project management service to all clients.
Daily you will be responsible forthe provision of post-contract services and the preparation of contract documentation. You will also provide cost estimates and advice on the economics of aproject and the preparation of cost plans.
You should have a proven experience of all aspects of quantity surveying on a variety of projects and have sound knowledge of conditions of contract, cost planning and budget monitoring. You should also have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines and cope calmly under pressure.
