| Based in their busy Aberdeen offices the Principle Quantity Surveyor supports the Quantity Surveying Manager with the effective delivery of a quantity surveying and project management service to all clients. You will be responsible for the commissioning of work and the management ofcontracts, the managementand supervision of quantity surveying staff, as well as the provision of cost planning and capital plan management. You should have substantial experience of all aspects of quantity surveying on a variety of projects, have experience in management and supervision of staff and have sound knowledge of conditions of contract, cost planning and budget monitoring. You should also have good interpersonal skills and have ability to communicate at all levels, flexible approach to new ways of working and ability to work to high level of accuracy. |
