Our client are the leading providers of sports stadia facilities in the UK. They have a fantastic and impressive track record of completing over 50 schemes in the sector and are easily recognised throughout the industry for the quality they provide.
They are now seeking a highly articulate site manager to join them on a new build project based in Aberdeen with an approximate value in the region of £10 million. With around 8 - 9 months left to completion they require a site manager who can demonstrate strong experience in commercial builds on high level projects and with a good understanding of steel structure build & design, who can lead the project from the front ensuring all targets are hit and that the project is handed over on time.
As a site manager you will have a current CSCS card at management level, hold a current CITB 5 Day and also posses a current Health & Safety qualification. You will be able to control all aspects on a large commercial site, dealing with sub contractors, liasing with clients and attend regular site meeting to report on progress. You will be a natural team leader with excellent communication skills.
