| Our client are the leading providers of sports stadia facilities in the UK. They have a fantastic and impressive track record of completing over 50 schemes in the sector and are easily recognised throughout the industry for the quality they provide. They are now seekinga site foremanto join them on a new build project based in Aberdeen with an approximate value in the region of £10 million. With around 8 - 9 months left to completion they require a site foreman who can demonstrate strong experience in commercial builds on high level projects and with a good understanding of steel structure build & design,who can assist the site manager in all aspects of site duties.As a site foreman you will have a current CSCS card preferably at site supervisor level. You will be confident in man management, dealing with sub contractors, liasing with clients and attend regular site meeting to report on progress in the absence of the site manager. You will be a natural team leader with excellent communication skills. |
