PRODUCT SALES TEAM MANAGER: £23,000- £25,000 + BONUS
DUNBLANE

We are seeking a motivational results-driven Sales Team Manager who would relish the opportunity awarded by this position with.
The role involves leading, managing and developing the Product Sales Team, who are responsible for selling the benefits and services of our company to Hotel and other Product Partners. New Business Development is a key area of the role as is the development of existing accounts.
The key drivers of the role are the leadership and motivation of the team to deliver results and fee income, while also delivering new business and sales and account management. In general 50% of the time will be spent managing the team and 50% of the time will be spent selling and generating revenue, although this varies throughout the year.

Requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years previous sales management experience with a track record in delivering results and sales both through their team and their own sales ability. Industry presence/credibility, relationship building and account management skills are also essential. Ideally educated to a degree level with a preference for Business or Marketing
