THE COMPANY
Our client is a thriving plant and tool hire business, who work globally and are influential within their market place. This is a highly sought-after company to work who offer brilliant career opportunities and progression within construction sales.
Role
The manager is fully responsible for generating business and producing the depot profit. Thus the ideal candidate will have experience of the hire industry and be comfortable in sales calls. You will be responsible for the company assets stocks and security in Inverness. It will be your responsibility to recruit and manage the staff ensuring that the depot is manned during working hours and that an adequate after hours service is offered.
EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of profit and loss accounts, understand and be able to read budgets and be able to control costs with spares, vehicles, accessories, consumables and transport. You should also have a basic understanding of Health & Safety and be able to work within company guidelines.
Previous experience within the Plant Hire industry is a must.
