Change Recruitment is currently seeking a newly Qualified Accountant to join an Investment Company in Glasgow
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading developing Global European owned Investment Company.
This role is very project focused and is would give the “right” candidate an excellent opportunity to gain first class experience with funds OEICS and the investment industry.
You will ideally have a come from a CA background and have a good set of skills in both auditing and accounts preparation.
You might have just Qualified as an Accountant or have a few years post qualification experience.
This is a varied role with a great deal of project work involved.
Main Responsibilities:
• Producing timely information for technical developments for the authorised funds
• Project work
• Compile variety for reports e.g. , performance fees, new investment products
• Production of specification documents as required including testing, development writing procedures and completing the projects
• Preparing Funds and Client take-ons and departure
• Identification new technical development required
• Development of security solutions
Candidate Requirements:
• You must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Ideally you will be Qualified with good audit, systems and accounts preparation experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Must possess excellent numerical and accounting knowledge
• Have good presentation skills
