Historically Standard Life has developed a strong lead in Identity Management and are further investing/growing this area.

The new roles are both very much career opportunities to join a growing team with a new ambitious manager who is building a team of recognised experts who will develop their careers and would therefore suit individuals keen to progress and develop their roles.

Currently 6 people are based in the team with a mixture of Sr Technicians, Technicians, and Analysts.

* Demonstrable in-depth technical knowledge and expertise of one or more Directory Services technologies (e.g. RACF, eDirectory, Active Directory).

* Proven track record of being the principle analyst leading technically demanding work packages to implement new or improved processes and/or technologies.

* Adept at influencing management decisions regarding the value and viability of applying systems infrastructure changes.

* Highly effective communications skills, both verbal and written.

* Solid Identity Management experience working in a heavily regulated environment such as Financial Services, Public Service.

* Excellent customer servicing skills.

* Well developed team-working and relationship building skills.

* Excellent communication and influencing skills.

* Expert decision-maker and problem solver.

* Strong analytical thinker.
