Experienced Quantity Surveyor required for major contractor to be based in the Aberdeenshire office.
Reporting to the Surveying Manager this role is to be based in the Aberdeenshire office of this busy construction group. They have built a strong reputation in Scotlandfor the successful delivery of residentialand commercial builds acrossEngland and Scotland.
As a Quantity Surveyoryour role will involve keeping financial control of all developments, you will be a key player in an expanding commercial team. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills as dealing with sub-contractors is a large part of this role. Experience in the housebuilding industry is preferable, however not essential.
In return you will receive a competitive remuneration package including a basic salary of up to £38,000 and company car and car allowance.
