My Client based within Glasgow city centre are currently recruiting for collection agents.

Working within this fast paced environment you will be responsible for contacting clients who have outstanding payments, understanding the reason why payments were missed and collecting balances due
while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.

Position:

Working within a collections environment you will be responsible for contacting customers who are in arrears with their accounts, to take payments over the telephone and negotiate payment plans.

Experience:

You will have experience working within a highly target oriented environment. Happy to make outbound calls. Collections experience is not essential but must have a hunger and drive to succeed. Experience within a sales background would be ideal.

This is a 12 week temporary position with a view to becoming permanent

Hours of work:

Mon & Wed 10.30 - 20.00
Tue & Thur 09.00 - 17.30
Fri 09.00 - 15.15
1 Saturday per month
