My client, based in Dundee, iscurrently seeking aHousing Advice & Information Assistant to join the housing team on an ongoing part-time contract, either 2.5 or 3 days per week.
You will required to act as the first point of call for a broad range of housing enquiries, face to face and over the phone, including:
* Repairs and maintenance
* Rent Recovery
* Lettings
* Anti Social Behaviour/Breach of Tenancy
* Estate Supervision
* Calculate and accept payment for Rent, Council Tax etc.
You will also be responsible for the associated adminstration.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* Clerical/administration & Public contact experience
* Knowledge of the housing service
* Good communication skills
They should be customer focused, a team player, flexible, conscientious and have the ability to work under pressure.
